Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy


Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene reasons, Lots Audio Craft is unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for headphones and earphones once they have been opened or used.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, you must first return the original item in its unopened condition, with the original packaging fully intact and in resaleable condition. Once the returned item is received and approved, we will issue the balance amount as store credit. This store credit can then be used to purchase a replacement item quickly and conveniently. The store credit voucher will remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Return and Refund Eligibility y

To qualify for a return or refund, all items—including any promotional gifts included with the order—must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unopened, unused, and returned in its original packaging and condition, along with the original order confirmation. All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, bundled items, and any complimentary products included with the purchase must also be returned. Refunds will be processed excluding the original shipping charges, and the process may take up to 14 working days after approval.

Premium, Elite, and Limited Edition Collections

Products from our Premium, Elite, and Limited Edition Collections must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
The protective plastic cover must remain intact, and the product must be returned with the original warranty card, presentation box, and all additional packaging materials.
As these items are highly collectible, we strongly recommend removing the protective cover and packaging only once you are certain you wish to keep the product.

General Return Policy

All returned products must be in brand-new, unused condition, with all protective materials still in place, where applicable.
This includes original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, authenticity cards, and any other included items.
We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request if the product shows signs of use, damage, tampering, or alteration from its original condition.
All returns must be sent back to us within 7days of receiving your order. Please note that shipping charges and customs fees are non-refundable.
