Shipping and Delivery Policy

Products that are currently in stock are usually shipped within 2 to 3 business days by the Lots Audio Craft team.

For products that are out of stock, the estimated shipping time is approximately 3 to 4 weeks, depending on product availability and supplier timelines.

Orders with a total value of AED 1,000 or more qualify for free shipping and no delivery charges will apply.

For orders below AED 1,000, a flat shipping charge of AED 30 will be applied.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for limited order values. For purchases above AED 500, payment must be completed using a credit card or debit card.

For orders below AED 500, customers may choose the Cash on Delivery payment option.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount, depending on the product value and company policy.
